the website building process
how we make it happen
The Brief
We will ask you lots of questions to find out why you need a new website and exactly what it is you’re trying to achieve. Some of these questions may seem a little strange. However, there is a reason for them and it will end in you getting what you really need.
The Sitemap
Once I have all the information I need, I’ll build a visual sitemap, so we can all get on the same page very quickly about what it is we’re trying to achieve and the best way to structure the information.
The Prototype
Instead of trying to tell you what we intend to build and hoping you understand the jargon, we build an interactive prototype to show you how the site will work. With no attention to design at this stage, it isn’t pretty, but it gets us close to what we believe you need.
The Design
The fun begins during the design stage because we get to play with the crayons to bring your interactive prototype to life to match your brand identity.
Testing and Delivery
We go underground for a couple of weeks and make sure everything is wired correctly and tested before deploying your new website to the hosting server, so you can show it off to the whole world.
